Ingredients

  • 12 Medjool dates pitted
  • 2 oz. chèvre goat cheese
  • 4 slices bacon

Instructions

  • Slice each date lengthwise on one side. Stuff each date full with goat cheese.
  • Slice your bacon into thirds lengthwise so you have 12 pieces of bacon. Wrap a piece of bacon around each goat cheese stuffed date and secure with a toothpick.
  • Arrange the bacon wrapped dates in the Air Fryer basket and cook at 390°F for 10 minutes.
  • Check to see if the bacon is fully cooked and crisp. If not, give the basket a quick shake and cook an additional 2-3 minutes.
  • Once the bacon is crispy, remove the dates from the basket and place on a paper towel lined plate. Serve immediately!
